We love providing dance workshops for events, and this one was no exception! To dance with the public, get them moving and smiling is what we are all about.

Headstone Village Show 2026

On the Bank Holiday in August our team of two Zest dance teachers (Rhona and Olivia) were back for another year at the Headstone Village Show in Harrow, entertaining with their dance performances and workshops.

This year’s theme was the 1980’s! How many songs do you recognise and love from our video? We were so excited to dance to ALL of them 🙂

We ran 4 session throughout the day with loads of people coming to have a go at our 80’s dance routines. It was so great to see such a vibrant mix of ages and ethnicities joining in. Dance really is for everyone!

We Love Dolly Parton

One of the dance routines we taught was a special routine to ‘9 to 5’ by the legendary Dolly Parton, who sadly passed away the week before the event. We had to honor her with a camp, fun dance to make everyone smile.

Entertainment

There were loads of other fun workshops at the event, as well as fair ground rides, food stalls and an agriculture competition. We look forward to dancing there again next year…. I wonder what the theme will be?
