PRICES

Prices of our workshops vary depending on how long you want, and any special requirements you may have. Please contact Zest for a quote specific to what you require, but the prices below will give you an idea of our charges, as we like to be upfront about these things.

Half day

Workshops are from £250.00 for either a morning or afternoon session

They last 2.5hrs (plus travel costs)

Full day

Workshops are from £380.00 for 9am till 3.15pm (plus travel costs)

Multiple Days

If you want to book in more than one school dance workshop that will be £360.00 per day (plus travel costs)

Shorter workshops

Please let us know your school address and we will give you a quote depending on your location.

Confirmation

When booking your dance workshop we will send you out an invoice and a suppliers agreement. You will need to sign your copy of the agreement to say you agree to our terms and conditions, and that you are happy with all the details.

Once we receive it back, the date of your workshop is secured.

Travel Costs

Zest is predominantly based in London, so if your school is there we will not charge you anything for travel to you.

If you are based outside of London we will need to charge you travel expenses. This is at cost with no added extras sneaked in. We can let you know the exact cost of travel when you enquire about the dance workshops.

We do have some teachers based around the country, so we will try to find you someone near to your school to keep travel costs to a minimum where possible.

Payment

At the time of booking the workshop in we will send you an invoice. Ideally we’d like the balance to be paid on the day of the workshops to you teacher by cheque or transferred via BACS. Or you can pay up to 30 days after the workshop date.

You can pay by BACS or send us a cheque made payable to ‘Zest Dance Workshops’. The payment details and address will be on the invoice.

We are not VAT registered, so there’s no need to worry about that.

Quality Workshops

Our company is small (small head office and a familiar voice for you on the phone – we want to keep it that way), so we don’t feel we need to charge the higher rates of the big dance teaching agencies.

Yet we pride ourselves on still offering the best quality school dance workshops. All of our Zest dance teachers have been teaching in schools (and for those big agencies) for many many years, and they deliver a fantastic service that Zest is very proud of.
